Job Title: Customer Service and Sales Administrator
Location: Harrisburg, North Carolina
Shift/Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am – 5 pm
Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for assisting clients in all aspects of orders. The CSR also supports the sales and accounting team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via phone, fax, and email
- Foster relationships with clients to ensure a successful circulation of information
- Order processing, scheduling, and invoicing
- Manage trucking and transportation of products
- Create and manage bill of ladings
- Follow up with clients as needed
- Assist with Inventory Management
- Work with production on scheduling, projects, and specialty orders
- Data entry and management of records
- Support the sales department
- Assist with accounting month end close
- Administrative duties as required
Required Qualifications
- Manufacturing Customer Service experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
- Microsoft Excel experience is required
- Strong customer service skills including the ability to always remain professional
- Should be a self-starter who is proactive with strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is generally in an office environment, however the employee will occasionally be required to enter a warehouse environment with noisy and dirty conditions.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work at a computer and move about an office environment. The employee is also required to move about a warehouse environment for task completion.
